During a three-month internship at the Directorate General of Taxes, specifically at the KPPN Special Revenue Office, the focus was on managing social media communication strategies related to financial issues and internal communication needs. The primary responsibilities included developing and implementing effective communication strategies across various digital platforms to inform the public about state revenue policies and programs, as well as supporting internal communication within the KPPN environment.

Communication Strategy Development

The primary responsibility during the internship was to assist in developing a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to issues related to finance and state revenue policies. This involved identifying the target audience, analyzing their needs, and formulating messages that effectively convey the goals and initiatives of the Directorate General of Taxes.
